SULLY’s Muskoka Gourmand Food Truck caters weddings in Huntsville, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Port Carling, and beyond. Your wedding, your menu, your style. SULLY’s curbside service allows your guests to pick up food directly from our truck, while our buffet option keeps them smiling with crowd-pleasing favourites all day or night long.

Option 1: Curbside

Our gourmet food truck will be set up on site at your venue to serve an exciting meal to your guests.

Note: For curbside only service, we require a minimum of 100 guests; Wait times and menu options may vary over 120 guests.

Guests will enjoy classics served fresh from our gourmet food truck, along with helping themselves to delicious hot and cold options buffet-style.

This option includes full set up, buffet and food truck service, and late night poutine.

Additional fees: 8-12% gratuity will be added to all food costs. To cover travel, fuel, generator cost, propane usage, and onsite prepping and service,  SULLY’s charges a flat fee of $1000 (HST included) for all private events. This fee also covers the cost of condiments, classy paper wares, buffet equipment rentals, and waste removal.

Curbside Wedding Menu & Pricing

Entrees for weddings with curbside service only is priced at $13.50-$14.00 + HST each. Additional options, including hot entrees and sides, are available for buffet-style weddings. Some restrictions may apply based on seasonality, volumes, and meal types.

House ground Short Rib, Brisket and Chuck with Rosemary Truffle Aioli, Monterey Jack Cheese, Shaved Iceberg, Red Onion and Local Tomato on a Toasted Sesame Bun served with fresh cut Russet Fries

Tempura fried Haddock with fresh Pico, Crema, Chipotle Cabbage Slaw, Lime and fresh torn Cilantro on Flour Tortilla with a side of Dirty Rice, Black Bean Refritos and Fried Corn Tortilla Chips

Tempura Fried Cauliflower, Lime Cabbage Slaw, Roasted Corn and Jalapeno Salsa, Avocado Cream, Cotija Cheese, served over Dirty Rice with Chipotle Black Bean with Fried Corn Tortilla Chips

Buttermilk Marinated Chicken Tenders fried served on a toasted Sesame Bun with Franks Red Hot Sauce, Honey Dijon Mayo, Mixed Cabbage Slaw served with fresh cut Russet Fries.


Buffet Menu and Pricing

Each buffet menu is customized to fit each couple’s tastes and budget. Full menus range from $40 to $85 per person and include hot and cold buffet, truck service, and late night poutine. Cold shaved fennel, orange Supreme, Honey Cider Citrus vinaigrette and Fennel Fronds

Kale, Anjou Pear, Sultana Raisins, Blue Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, Grapes, Red Onion, Cherry Tomato, Pomegranate Red Wine vinaigrette.

Baby Red and Creamer Potatoes, spicy and grainy Mustard, Chives, Horseradish, creamy White Wine dressing and fresh Chives
